The Terms and Conditions of Customer account with M. Scott Reynolds.

Account includes one domain name, a web site, up to 1 gigabyte of hard disk space, and an email address.

Customer shall pay the annual registration fee for the domain name plus any additional fees for ongoing costs as agreed upon between Customer and M. Scott Reynolds. Customer agrees not to use the services provided by M. Scott Reynolds for any illegal activities, pornography, spamming (unsolicited email), or any other activities that may be deemed inappropriate by M. Scott Reynolds. M. Scott Reynolds reserves the right to monitor account to insure compliance with Terms and Conditions. M. Scott Reynolds and Customer may cancel at any time for any reason. Fees paid are non-refundable. Upon cancellation and at Customers request, ownership and maintenance of any domain names used for the account will be transferred to Customer.

M. Scott Reynolds may update and change the Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Customer assumes all liability, and shall hold M. Scott Reynolds harmless, for use of services provided.
